Quality & Governance Team
The Quality & Governance Team are responsible for undertaking investigations under the Student Complaints and Student Disciplinary Procedures. They can offer students and members of staff advice and guidance on their options and on how these procedures operate. They can also refer students and members of staff to sources of support but, as they are investigators, cannot offer support directly themselves.

Student Services Team
The Student Services Team are able to offer students advice and guidance on their options and on how procedures operate. They can provide you with direct support before, during, and after any investigation whether you are the student making a report, or the student responding to the report. They can also direct you to external sources of support.
